Every new season that begins in our life is always a fun filled adventure!

With the Christmas season here, it gets me

most excited for all the family time we are about to embark on. It makes me think of the adventures we h

ave had this past fall, the adventures that are upcomin

g in the spring and the adventures happing right now!

With Keenan's new job as part of the staff on the Tascosa Varsity football and basketball teams, I have been a single coaches wife and have had to learn a all the fun things I can do on my own with both of my boys! It has been an adventure but a fun adventur

e! I could not have gotten through it without my fa

mily! Thank God for them! But he is loving what he is doing, especially since basketball has star

ted and he is coaching with one of his longest friends, Steven Jackson. So that makes it even more fun!

Kaden is doing great in PreK at Carver ECA. He l

oves it and is one of the best kids in his class, his teacher says! :) He was recently the "line leader" and this was huge for him! He talked abo

ut it every day after school and how important it was and what EXACTLY he did! I love this kid and what he is growing into!

nd does it again! He is following his big brother everywhere and wants to do exactly what he is doing. (and Kaden at times is needy for his "space" which is fun to watch him talk Kline into doing something else for the time being).

Yes, fall is here and our household is very busy these days!

Keenan is coaching at Tascosa, Varsity Basketball and Football, so right now during football season, he is very busy! But we are enjoying working together and being on the same schedule! It is so nice! He is getting use to the change of schools, subject and being so busy! But we are now a family of Rebels! :) Now getting use to the hours, we will all be wonderful! :)

Kaden started Pre K a few weeks ago and loves it! he is so smart and does so very good!!! I am so proud of him! He loves his teacher Mrs. Krieger and his class! I love hearing all the stories of school when I pick him and his friends up everyday!

Kline is walking everywhere and getting into everything! He makes me and Keenan and Kaden laugh all the time as well as keeping us on our toes! He is losing his baby-ness though because he is walking and slimming up a tad (yes, only a tad!) :) so that does make me sad! But I love watching him grow and figure things out.

We are building a house and so excited! Supposed to be in around mid to end of November! I am so ready to move because I love it and it will be more room for our growing family! We have literally outgrown our home we are in now!!!

Fall is here and that means Halloween (Kaden is going to be Captain America and Kline a monster) :) and then Thanksgiving and Christmas! These are some of my favorite times, because family always comes to town and we always get to spend more time than we asked for with them! We are so blessed to have a wonderful extended family.

Kline's 1st Birthday - Curious Kline

Kline's 1st birthday party was a huge success and lots of fun!!! He did not prove us wrong, he ate all of his cake! :) We had a banana split area and cake balls that looked like banana's! We gave Curious George books away as the kids thank you for coming party favors and had Curious George movie playing! The balloons all over the floor was a huge hit and helped with the decorations! I could not have done it without the help of my family in decorating, blowing up balloons, cleaning up, everything else!!! Kline loved it!! :) So glad that those that got to come!

Summer...It's gettin Hot in Here!!!!

Well summer has begun, and who could miss it???? It is so incredibly hot and dry it is crazy!! But we are enjoying being out of school and being a family at home! It is so nice having summers off with my husband that we get to spend with our kids...if it is just hanging out at the house, going to the pool, hanging out with family, whatever we want to do!

We have had some fun, going to OKC with some of our favorite people and Keenan and I went to Santa Fe for the weekend for our anniversary! It has been so nice to get away for those few days!

Kaden is hanging out with dad any and every time he gets the chance. He has gone golfing with him and up to basketball camp! When he gets home, he doesn't want to take his shoes off until his dad does, or if Keenan takes off his shirt, Kaden takes off his! Whatever Keenan does, Kaden wants to be just like him!! He puts his shoes by Keenans in Keenans closet and wants to brush his teeth with his dad! I love watching this relationship grow every day, the relationship only a father and son can have! WE ARE SO BLESSED!!!

Kline is getting so active!! He is crawling everywhere and pulls up on everything! He will be walking, no running, very soon! He cracks us up on his sweet reactions and facial expressions to everything! He is such a sweet baby that is 1 on Monday!!!! I cannot believe it! A year ago this weekend, I had no idea what laid ahead of us in the next few days!!! We are extremely blessed with our sweet Kline!

We celebrated Kaden and Boston's 4th birthday party together just a few weeks ago and it was a superhero party! HUGE success!!! :)

Happy birthday today to my sweet nephew Boston and my cousin Brayden!! We love you two so much!

Boston is my son's best bud ever and they love (and fight) like brothers! We are so blessed by that sweet Bos Man! He has such a sweet tender heart that is full of "super" stuff! :)

Brayden lives in Phoenix now and we miss seeing him more, because he is such a goofball and we love him! He plays with Kaden so well and Kaden never stops talking about him from the time they leave Amarillo for their visit to the next time they are in town!

Well I am finishing up my summer class this coming week and I am ready for it to be over with! It has been a long month of assignments, quizzes and tests! I am about half way to getting my masters! Getting there! :) YAY! Enjoying the month of July with my family and Cheer Camp at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine...roughing it, huh! :)

Spring is here...and my boys are getting so big!!!

My sister took the boys pictures a few weekends ago, and I am so grateful she is here to capture all these sweet moments! My boys are getting so big! Kaden is going to be 4 on Monday and it still makes me want to cry, that my baby boy will be 4!!!! What a big boy he has become!!! He is a wonderful big brother that always makes me, his dad and Kline smile and laugh all the time. He has such a sweet spirit that is interested in everything around him! I am so lucky to be his momma and proud of the little guy he is becoming!

Kline is already 10 months old this Wednesday! He has had some ear problems but if you are around the kid, you would never know. I think that is why they get so bad and his ear drums have burst 3 times now! We just know this because of the yucky stuff coming out! We go to see an ENT May 19th so we will see what they say. He has such a sweet smile and gets so excited with his chubby legs and arms when he sees someone that he recognizes! I just love it! He is starting to army crawl with those chubby arms all over the place...and he is getting so fast!!! He can get across our living room pretty fast! He watches Kaden's EVERY move and just tries so hard to keep up with him!! This is something that I just love everyday to watch how they play and interact with each other! Kaden is so good with Kline, in helping him get certain things, helping me feed him and pretty much anything for his little brother. :)

Kline is also now eating what we eat... :) He still eats baby food sometimes, but would much rather prefer some of the burger we are eating or chicken nuggets! He is so funny! He lets US ALL know when he is ready for more! And watching him eat, putting the food in his mouth, is great! Those chubby hands are great!

We are finishing up another school year and are all so ready for summer! My sister and her family are moving back to Amarillo this summer and we cannot wait!! I am ready for my best friend to be closer (like 2 minutes away...) and our kids are going to not know what to do with themselves to be able to see each other so often!! A break from school and just those fun summer times outside or at the pool! We are ready!

Spring Break

It has been a nice few days off of work and time to spend with the family. We went to Albuquerque the first of the week to go watch as Randy got recognized at the state basketball tournament. 25 years ago his team won the state title so they recognized his team during half time of the game Saturday. So we made a mini vacation of it. We went to the dinosaur museum, kids went swimming, did some shopping and then to the zoo. It was a nice time to get away. Heather has all the pictures so I will post some when I get them. :)Other than that, we have just been hanging out and enjoying not having much to do. It would be a perfect week if I hadnt been to the doctor twice this week with each of the boys! They had strep at the beginning of the month and now are both sick again! I am asking healing over my 2 sweet boys!! The good thing is they are both acting fine and not acting sick! So that is a blessing!

Spring is almost here!!!

As I put that as my title of this post, I laugh because oh how I wish it was here to stay! I think it is just teasing me and wont be here for good for a little bit longer...but oh how I hope it proves me wrong...

to update you on the Hooker family, we are busy and the kids are getting so big!

Keenan has started track season so he has been busy with practices and meets. Kaden starts basketball at the local YMCA next month and we are excited for that. He has also been doing gymnastics and wrestling! I love watching him have fun and learn...seeing your child learn and grow is one of the best thing ever. Knowing that my little guy that made me a mom is going to be 4 in a few short months, makes me my heart smile and ache that he is growing up so fast all in the same moment!

Kline, oh Kline, how he is the happiest, chubbiest, little guy ever! Having 8 teeth in 8 months is crazy!!! and when he cuts his teeth, boy does he show every sign or side effect in the book listed for teething! He will be crying out in the hurt cry he has and then in a split second, when his brother is in his line of sight, he smiles and starts laughing! Oh how he loves his big brother Kaden! Seeing that is the best thing I have EVER seen!!! I am so in love with my boys, I can hardly stand it. Kline is finally rolling over and sitting up so good! He is talking to us in his own little way and smiles every time he sees us!

Spring break is just around the corner and that means a week off from work and then the countdown for summer vacation is on! Keenan and I both being teachers is so wonderful especially in the summers when we both have off and can just relax and have fun together! Oh how I am looking forward to those times with my family! Playing outside with Kaden, watching Kline get so big and probably walking/running, going to the pool and sitting on my parents back porch in the long summer evenings with my family! These are the times of my life that I love and really enjoy!

I sometimes look at my life and think how crazy it is that Keenan and I will be married 5 years in May and we are so incredibly happy and in love. That we have 2 kids, an almost 4 year old and an almost 9 month old that are the light of our lives!! I have best friends that are my sister and my mom, a step dad that would do anything for me, 2 nephews and a niece that are so precious I cant hardly stand it, a brother-in-law that always makes me laugh, 3 brothers that I love unconditionally and so many more friends and family I am so blessed because of. I just keep thinking and saying, "How blessed am I?"

Oh spring and summer how I wish you will get here soon!! I am ready for flip flops and warm weather!

Christmas!

Christmas has already come and gone and we had such a good time!!

All Kaden wanted was a kitchen from Santa and he was really excited he got it. he did ask where Santa was and why he was not there when he woke up. :) But he has really enjoyed his kitchen stuff and the little animals he got. The boy that comes out in him is he is cooking the animals.

Kline is getting so big! He just had his 6 month check up and he weighs 20 pounds 8 ounces!! He is getting so big and getting such a wonderful personality! He talks to us all the time and

just starting to attempt the rolling over! he hasn't done it yet, since he is so big I think, but getting there! He loves his jumper and can do it for hours! It is a good workout for him! :) but he loves it!

Kaden and Kline also got a huge playground from their grandpa!

Kaden loves it and wishes he could play on it each day! I keep telling him when it gets warmer he can. It is a daily conversation!

As 2011 approaches, I am writing down some new year goals for myself. Yes, the usual, lose this baby weight, manage our money better, be a wonderful mother to our kids, there is one more that is on my heart right now... Recently a tragedy happened to a young mom that left her 2 daughters without their mom and a newborn son that never got the chance to meet his mom. The story of this lady is a true inspiration on her relationship with the Lord and her family! I think that one of the reasons this tragedy happened to this wonderful lady is to bring people closer to God and realize the amazing things He has to offer!

My goal for 2011 is to be a better Christ follower and example for my kids and family! I want to open my bible more and talk to God on a daily basis! I want to leave this earth with the inspirations Brie just left. I never knew her or her family but my heart is yearning for what she had with our Maker.

It has been over 2 months since I have updated my blog...needless to say, we have been VERY busy! With having 2 little guys now and getting back to work and the swing of things, I havent had a night to not have anything to do until tonight! It has been awhile!

Kaden has been doing good, being a great big helper and loving his cousin Boston! He does great with Kline and is very protective over him at 'Coles!

Kline has been getting SO big! He was in the 94% at 8 weeks for his weight! He doubled his birth weight in 8 weeks! He is such a good, happy boy and LOVES to eat! You can tell by what he weighs now! The little guy resembles his big brother in so many ways, especially when he has a hat on! He doesnt have near to close the amount of hair Kaden had, but other than that, they look pretty similar! It is crazy!

The last weekend of summer we went to Ruidoso with my family and had such a great time! This was a family picture taken of all of us, the first since the hospital after Kline was born!

Keenan is staying busy with Westover Park football and school and then helping with Randall football. He is still loving coaching and I am so happy about that! I am back in full swing of things at Tascosa with my new classes (all Audio/Video Production) and cheerleading. I have also started working on my masters through Eastern New Mexico! So again, we are very busy between school, practices, games and me working on my masters!

June 27th...

Well on June 27th, 2010, we welcomed Mr. Kline Jackson Hooker to our family!
He came 2 weeks early and we were very suprised since my water broke. But he got here by God's grace and hands and is doing so good! I had to have a C-Section and ended up that the cord was around his neck 4 times and there was a true knot in the cord! He was a very blessed little guy and we are giving God all the glory! He weighed 7 lbs 4 oz and was 19 inches long. He didnt have much hair but had very long fingers and toes! :)

Kaden is doing so good with him and just loves him and protects him! We are all doing good and getting used to having another little guy around the house! We are enjoying our last few weeks of summer and then we will be extremely busy with school and everything that goes with it! Here are a few pics my sister took of that special day and of my sweet boys and family! :) love to all...

Short and sweet...
Last day of school is tomorrow and that means summer is here!! We are so excited and ready to have a few months off of work!
Summer being here also means that Kline will be here soon!! We cannot wait to meet our little guy and Kaden is super excited!
Please pray that Kline gets here safe and healthy and that we all settle in to having another little Hooker around the house!

3 years ago today, me and Keenan headed to the hospital VERY early to finally meet our little guy, Kaden James. After a rough start, he has grown up to be such a big boy and such a love bug! He can always make his mom and dad laugh at just about anything and has the biggest heart for a little 3 year old I have ever seen. He loves his best friend, cousin, Boston but can fight just like a brother with him. He can always make me smile when I have had a rough day at work, just seeing him, makes my day! Now that our next adventure is soon going to begin, Kaden is going to be a big brother, I cannot wait to see him with his little brother Kline. He already talks to him, rubs my belly and gives him a little "pound"... :) I love this sweet boy more than I could have ever imagined and I am so thankful God has blessed us with this sweet boy. Thank you God for giving us this blessing on this very special day! Happy 3rd birthday sweet boy. We love you -

My sweet niece Emmerson Dawn Ladd arrived on February 18th, 2010! She is already 1 month old! She is the sweetest little thing and I just love holding her and talking to her! Here are a few pictures of sweet Emme!

We also have been working on Kaden's big boy room and getting Kline's nursery put together! My sister Heather came over and helped out a lot! My mom came over and painted Kaden a chalkboard wall in his room!!! He loves it. They both helped clean out closets and clothes since we have so many between Mason, Boston and Kaden hand me downs and then just the cutest new things Gamma just had to get! :) But we got it all done and organzied and I feel so much better!!!

having a sweet, wonderful little boy!!! :) Kline Jackson looked amazingly perfect in our last sonogram and is due July 10th! We were so thankful for our blessings and how God has given us so much! Kaden was not to excited about having a brother at first, (he wanted a sister just like Boston!) but he has warmed up to the idea and now calls him Kline in my tummy! So now that we know that he is a sweet Kline we have got to get Kaden moved out of his room into the extra bedroom and get it all ready for Kaden's big boy room!!! With Gamma and Aunt Heather's help over spring break, hopefully we will be set. We are also being given a twin bed and toy chest from my aunt and uncle from Arizona. We are meeting them the first weekend of spring break to get it all and we are so thankful!!! This is such a blessing for us as we prepare to bring our 2nd little member of our family into our lives! :) Lots to do and only 4 MONTHS until he will be here!!!! OMG!!!

My sweet neice Emme will be here THIS Thursday!!! My sister is being induced with her last little bundle of joy on Thursday morning and we are so excited. I cannot wait to meet her. It will be such a special time!!! Pictures soon!!!! :)

A New Year

Well it is 2010 and oh what a year it will be!! We have a few new additions coming this year to our family and the first will be here in mid February. :) My neice Emme will make her debute some time mid February and I cannot wait. We will also have Hooker #2 arrive sometime mid summer. We will find out what we are expecting on February 9th! Oh I am counting down the days!

We have been very busy with Basketball lately. Between Keenan's coaching the 7th grade boys at Westover and me watching the cheerleaders at Tascosa cheer the boys and girls teams on then to Keenan, Pops, Micah, Blake and some other older guys playing in an adult league and now Mason is starting his league that Pops and Keenan are coaching we are super busy with basketball games! At least I like basketball a lot, but I am getting tired! :)

Thankful

I have so much to be thankful as the holidays are here.
We recently went to Ruidoso for Thanksgiving with my sister Heather and her husband Micah and their 2 boys Mason and Boston (http://www.littleladds.blogspot.com/) and we had so much fun! It was a short trip but so nice to get out of town for a few days! We are so thankful...
Yesterday it snowed so much here in Amarillo (really not a TON but it snowed all day!) so we stayed in and got our Christmas tree and decorations up and got some closets cleaned out! We put stuff up in the attic and really worked hard...but I still think we have too much STUFF!!! :) It is crazy how much we consume and keep over a 4 year period...but we are thankful...
Teaching is going good for both Keenan and I but we are so ready for the Christmas break (even though we just got through with a short break, it was more like a teaser for the longer one!) :) Keenan tests out 8-12 next Wednesday, so please pray that he does to the best of his ability (more specific that he passes with flying colors! :)) He is ready to move on from junior high and get in to the high school level of coaching. We are so thankful...
We have been trying for around 7 months to add another small addition to the Hooker household and recently found out that we are expecting this summer!!! I am about 9 weeks along and have been sick for about 3 weeks now! I go to the doctor on December 16th, as Heather said, "just in time to see the little peanut before Christmas!" :) We are so excited and are so truly thankful...

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving last week and has a wonderful Christmas in a few short weeks!

Halloween is amlost here!

We recently had a halloween party with a bunch of our friends and their kids out at Boys Ranch. The kids all dressed up in their costumes, they played, trick or treated to each of us and took lots of pics. Heather has them all posted on her blog, http://www.littleladds.blogspot.com/, but I wanted to share a pic of Kaden. :) he was not in the best mood that afternoon (I am blaming it on not getting a good nap earlier that day, but who am I to blame... :)! ) but we had lots of fun!

Football season has only a few weeks left and I have mixed emotions...I love football but we have been so busy these last few months, I am ready to slow down a little...basketball season just doesnt seem like so much, and I dont know why but it doesnt! :)

My sister found out she is having a GIRL and we are all so excited!!! She is the first girl on my mom's side of the family since me!!! Micah got to choose the first name and he choose Emmersyn! Which I love!! We are going to call her Emme! Heather picked her middle name, Dawn, which is my middle name. I am so honored for her to name her daughter after me! I am afraid my neice and I will be very close! :) I cant wait to have another one to love and spoil so much. Kids are such a blessing and I am excited Heather and Micah decided to have one more!!! Miss Emme's debute will be at the end of Februray and it cannot get her soon enough! we are waiting miss Emme!

Fall is among us!!

So fall officially blew in tonight...and it got chilly...Kaden said he was cold the whole way out to the car from Chili's...yes, over and over and over again! :)

We recently took some pictures with my mom, Randy, Heather, Micah and the boys. They turned out so good! :) My sister is truly amazing!!

We went to the fair on Saturday night and have some cute pictures from that as well...I will post soon!

So we have been super busy. I recently got done being a Chi Omega alumnae and helping out the WT chapter through a great recruitment! I love helping and only want the best but I am SO glad last week is over. It was a long week and being away from my 2 guys was hard.
Kaden rode the horse with his Gamma and Pops in the fair parade this last week! He absolutley loved it and could not talk about anything else!
Kaden has also teeteed in the potty! He has done it twice now... :) (anything is great!)...once at Nicole's (the babysitters) and the other time and Pops and Gamma's with Pops! He refuses to do it at his own house, but whatever, at least he finally went! Since we had promised him when he finally would go in the potty that we would get him any toy (now dont criticize us yet...for the longest time he would want a toy at the store, we would say okay if you go teetee in the potty and he would say no thank you and set the toy back on the shelf...stuburn kid...who knows where he got that from!:)!!!) but anyways, Keenan took him to the store after he went potty to get his toy! He came back with some "Car's" stuff and a Dora Book...yes a dora book. hey, he is learning spanish so whatever!

Well in the life of Tascosa cheerleading, that has been busy! We beat Amarillo High!!! Yay!!! The first time in like 4 years! It was such a good game and I am glad we came out on top. We are staying busy with games all week but have the weekend off so I am glad for that! Randall on the other hand is struggling but Keenan's JH football teams are doing pretty well. I just want those Raiders to win one! Come on!!!

Heather finds out what she is having very soon...I cant wait to find out if I am going to have another nephew or a niece!! either one will be PERFECT with me and so exciting!!!

So since fall has arrived that means the holidays are upon us...Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas! I just love the holidays especially when I get to spend it with my family! I am so truly blessed and could not ask for a better family!!

Here are some pics before we started back to school ... and got so busy!

This last week of school has been the craziest, busiest weeks in a long time! From starting school, getting use to my new schedule, cheerleading, football, and just family time with the boys, today is the first day all week that I have got to just lay around! And it has been nice. Tascosa won their game last night and it was an exciting win! Kaden was with me and did rather good at the game. It ended up going into overtime and we left right before that but listened to the overtime on the radio and it was a good win!

Keenan has been busy getting back into the swing of things with school and westover athletics and then Randall football duties are just keeping him extra busy! He really likes the new coach at Randall and is liking his kids at school too! It should be a good year for him.

Kaden has been going through some ups and downs...He is not liking getting up early in the mornings and would love to sleep in more! But then today, Saturday, he woke up at like 7:45...a little later but I could have used more sleep! We had a donut date this morning, just me and Kaden since Keenan was at football. It was fun.

But the school year has officially began and we are back to our busy schedules!!!...I am already ready for Thanksgiving/Christmas/Spring/Summer Break! :)

Summer is just about over

So it is true....summer is just about over! It is officially over for Keenan (he went back last Friday) and I start back with the cheerleaders next Monday!!!! I cant believe it is coming to a quick close! Have I gotten accomplished what I thought I would at the beginning of the summer...potty train Kaden - Nope, I swear the kid will sit on the potty for an hour and do nothing, he hasnt found that button yet! clean out the house and get ready for the garage sale-kind of, but not completely finished (we are having a garage sale at my house on August 7th and 8th - TONS OF STUFF FROM MULTIPLE FAMILIES!!!) We were also going to update all of our hardware throughout our house...not done yet, as well as the light fixtures. Procastination has bit us in the rear!
But it has been a good summer, just gone by WAY to fast!!! A routine during the school year is nice but I sure like to sleep in a little, especially when Kaden doesnt get up until 10 or so. Those are nice days!
So my sister, Heather is pregnant and due in February!!! We are all so excited that there will be Ladd Baby #3 here soon!!! She goes to the doctor the first of August so pray that everything looks good.

So Kaden went out to his Gamma & Pops house last night and he got to ride his pop's horse teddy bear... :) He loved it and was so excited he got to ride teddy bear because he had been asking for weeks now. :) Thanks gamma and pops!

Summer is here...

...and we have not stopped since school was out. To begin with Keenan's younger brother, Kameron, graduated from Randall. We went to the graduation and were all so proud that he made this great accomplishment! :) Then I started cheerleading practice with all 31 of my girls to get ready for camp. We had 2 weeks of 2 a days and then went to camp last week. (which was fun but I am SO glad to be home!!!) During that time, Keenan worked a Randall basketball camp and is working another camp next week. It is nice extra money. In the midst of all of that, Keenan has also been coaching a 6th and 7th grade team which has also kept him busy. But Kaden did enjoy going to some of the practices with his dadda and some of the games. We have also been spending TONS of time with Heather, Micah, Mason and Boston!!! We go to the ranch and hang for a few days, they come to our house and hang out, go to the pool, the guys go golfing or fishing...we have just been busy with fun! :)
Kaden has grown so much in the last few months it seems...he is really coming to be so much fun and so full of life...he keeps me and Keenan going ALL OF THE TIME!!!! Hopefully soon we will be able to add a new addition to our family, we are just waiting on God's timing and will... :)
My nephew Boston turns 2 this Thursday!!! We are going to his fun outdoor water party out at Gamma & Pops!!! We are looking forward to that.
Kaden LOVES being outside so I know he will have so much fun. :)
Kaden also went on his first camping trip at the lake with me, Keenan, his Uncle Blake, his girlfriend Kelsie and her brother. Other than the ridiculous wind that came for about an hour that night it was a great little overnight trip!!! Kaden did so good. I was very impressed!

My nephew Mason was in a baseball league for 6 & 7 year olds and had at least 1 game, sometimes 2 games a week! We loved watching him play...his team got SO much better and did an amazing job. They have a blog and check it out, even though the season is over...www.amarilloredsox.blogspot.com. They finished up at the end of the season tournament in 2nd place but did very well. They beat the only undeafted team in the midst of it all. I am so proud of Mason and his team!!

One of our close friends, Marcus, graduated with Keenan from high school as well as played baskeball with him and I am really close to his wife Amy, are going through some hard times right now. They just had their 2nd healthy baby boy, Gabe and got a beautiful new house, but Marcus just left to go to Fort Hood and will be leaving at the end of June, first of July to go to Kuwait to serve our nation in the army. Having a newborn at home with a 1 1/2 year old by herself will be hard in it self but then the constant thinking of my husband being at war and praying for a safe return will be a struggle. This will be his 2nd time to be over there and hopefully he will be back in the states by March! So please keep them in your prayers!

We are currently rooting for those Longhorns to pull it out and win the CWS...they are down 0-1 right now, but hopefully they will win the next 2! Last night was a tough loss....

One of my friends had her baby last week when I was away at cheer camp...Kaci had her sweet baby girl, Brogan Elizabeth Bohn. I cant wait to see sweet thing and squeeze her! :) I have 2 other friends that are both due in August (days apart) and then another friend of mine that will be due in December!!!! There is someone close to me that is expecting but it is not well known yet! She will be due in February! Very new but I am WAY excited! She will announce it soon... :) Babies Babies everywhere!!!

The next few weeks are hopefully going to slow down a little!!! we are just ready to lay back and hang out with our family and friends... Love to all...

Yes, our little guy is 2! I can't believe it. The past 2 years have been so fun and crazy! But I wouldnt change it for anything!!! Kaden is my sweet little guy that has the most kissable cheeks ever and is what I look forward to all day, seeing him after school! Here are a few pictures of his basketball party!

We just recently went to Mason's 6th birthday party which was a swim party! It was a total hit!! So I just got back from the hospital...one of friends from high school, Amy Krieger, had her sweet baby Gabe late last night. I was there last week for a friend from college, Jessica Mitchell, and she had a sweet littler girl, Molly! I just got off the phone from my roommate from college and she will probably be having her little guy in the next few weeks!!! Another friend of mine should be having her baby next week as well!!! It is baby crazy going on! But they are all so cute and doing so good!! Praise the Lord!

Mother's Day is coming up and it really makes me sit back and think about how lucky I am! My mother (and my sister:)! ) is my best friend and I couldnt be so lucky! I am so grateful to have her in my life and my son's life! Thank you mom for all you have done for me and my family! We are so very lucky and you are so very special to us!
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there...new moms (Amy and Jessica) and expecant moms (Marcie and Niki) and all my other mom friends! Motherhood is the best! :)

Since Spring Break

Well since Spring Break, it has been very hectic around our house hold. :)

First of all, we went to Phoenix for most of the break to see my uncle, aunt and cousins who recently moved out there. There house was awesome and I cant wait to go back! The guys enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table as well as the pool and hot tub! It was beautiful and I am so jealous! The weather was perfect! If only it was like that all year round and didnt reach over 100 in the summer, I would so not mind living there! :) It was Kaden's first time to fly, mine and Kaden's first time to Phoenix and our first big family trip. We had loads of fun. From going to a Spring Training game, to the Phoenix Zoo, to the dog races to laying out by the pool, and even getting to watch my cousin Brayden play some baseball, we had a blast...

Heather also got to take some pictures of Kaden since he will be turning 2 in a few weeks! Yes, my baby is turning 2 and I cannot believe it. EVERYONE always said that time flies, and I didnt really believe it going though those nights with not much sleep, to colicy, to nicu, to everything else with a baby, but it does. He is getting so big and has turned in to a little man for sure!

Well we had cheerleading tryouts the Friday before spring break and they ended up very well. I was very pleased with the new squads for Tascosa for next year and think it will be a good year...but oh, time will only tell! :)

Keenan is staying busy with track and he also got offered to coach a 7th grade boys basketball team for Hoop 10 in Amarillo. He was really excited because he loves to coach basketball and to make matters better, he gets paid for doing it! :) He is almost done with his first year as a teacher and I think he going to survive! :)

Heather and I are still doing diaper cakes...and we are having fun. We got our first "official" order from someone who had received our email from a friend of theirs. We were super excited!

April begins a busy month of birthdays for our family. Me, my moms, Keenans, Heathers, Kadens, and Jilly. We all cant wait!! Kaden's birthday party we are going to walk/run in the March of Dimes 5k. Since he was in the NICU when he was born and the March of Dimes helps support the NICU, and it landed on Kaden's birthday, we thought it would only be best! So we are getting a "TEAM KADEN" together do this. We are all very excited.

After the big morning of the 5k, we will go to the YMCA for Kaden's basketball birthday party! He is so excited! Especially since basketball is what he loves the most!!! and the kid can dribble, if you can believe it or not! I swear...he can litteraly dribble a regular size basketball. :) It is amazing! He really has some of his dad's genes in him!

We are looking forward to a very enjoyable and busy month of April! Lots of love...

Spring Break is Almost Here!!!!

I am so ready for spring break to be here!!! Just for Saturday morning to come will be so nice. This week we are having cheerleading tryouts at Tascosa so I have been up at the school until around 6:15 or so then come home to see my 2 guys, eat a quick dinner, get Kaden bathed and ready for bed, play a little and off to bed...and dont even get me started on the time change this last weekend!! Boy it has done us all in at the Hooker household! But cheerleading tryouts are going very well and we have a lot of potential in the girls trying out. I am excited about a good year next year!

The time change...well Kaden does not like it. He wakes up in the CRANKIEST mood!!! It is unbelieveable! And it still being dark outside when we leave to go to Mrs Becky's house and then me on to work, is no fun. But I do like it staying lighter longer...just getting used to it is hard! :)

But anyways, spring break....ahhhhh...the sound of it makes me smile. Just a break from the kids will be nice. They seem to be more anxious for it to get here than me...and that is pretty anxious! We are going to Phoenix for half of spring break and I am so pumped. This will be Kaden and Boston's first airplane ride and big long trip! I have never been to Phoenix so I am super excited! And to be where it is nice and warm...since it is so stinkin cold here as I type! :)

This past Saturday, Heather took some pictures of Mason, Kaden and Boston at a church that she is taking another little girls pictures this coming weekend. She wanted to "test" it out. :) Well, the 20 minutes we were there, she got some AWESOME pictures! We were so excited.

New Ventures...

My sister, Heather, has started a new venture in her life...she is starting to take pictures and get in to the photography business...she recently took some pictures of Kaden, and her 2 boys, Mason and Boston!! They are so precious! I am super excited because I will have my best friend around all the time to capture my Kaden and future kids as they grow up!! How lucky are we??? :) But with my some what knowledge of Photoshop, we have had some lessons on how to make pictures have that extra added touch to them and learned some new things as well. It has been fun. :) Here are some recent ones...

A new venture for me is...READING!!!! Yes, I have been able to read since I was young, but I never got a book and just wanted to read it from front to back cover without putting it down...well I have found that book, or series rather. :) I started the "Twilight" series a week and a half ago and I am just about finished with the 3rd of the 4 books...I am HOOKED!!!! and I would have never guessed any book would have got me so attached. But it has. It is so good...I, as well as the rest of my family, are so shocked on how I am just reading everytime I get a chance. (I gave me a short break to post a blog but believe me, after Kaden goes to bed, I will be reading!!) I have even been reading on the couch and Kaden gets one of his favorite books recently, gets up beside me and reads his book in his own language he has and understands right now. :) It is so much fun!!! All I know is when this time is over and I have read the last line of the last book, I think I will be really sad. Heather, my sister, has also been addicted (which is not to much out of character for her since she was an English major in college and has always loved to read) but she is finished with it and is definitly having Edward and Bella withdrawls!! It does give us one more thing to talk about which is fun for the both of us. Keenan on the other hand cant believe that I cannot put the darn book down!!! I am just as shocked as most, believe me!!! I just love it. :)

Anyways, Kaden has been doing good. He just got over a cold, having strep and anything else he could seem to catch. :) But he is finally not coughing or have a runny nose! I love it when medicine works. He is keeping me and Keenan on our toes, having temper tantrums all of the time and I swear the "terrible 2's" (if that really does exist) has come a few months earlier for Kaden. Maybe that means it will end sooner?!?!? :) But we are all doing good. Just staying busy like usual with school, basketball games, cheerleading :) and keeping up with the rest of our families!!

New Year...

As 2009 has begun and we have gone back to school, it feels like we just picked up where we had left off in mid-december with school and games. And now our nephew Mason is starting his basketball season with his Pops and Uncle Keenan coaching him. So we will be going to watch YMCA-litte guys basketball games on most Saturdays. Since I played basketball, I do not mind watching the game, but really love watching my nephew play. He is pretty good for being 5 1/2. :) Kaden is really enjoying basketball games in general because they are inside so he is not bundled up like at football games and he can run around and play on the side of the gym. So I think Kaden and Boston will enjoy Mason's games this coming season.
As you all know, I am the cheerleading sponsor at Tascosa and this is my first year to do this. It has been a very interesting year, hard at times, but fun for the most part. I had a really hard and rough week this last week with Tascosa Cheerleading and only hope it can only get better.
I am really looking forward to this coming year because Keenan and I are wanting to get pregnant this coming fall so it will be a year with some changes, hopefully, if that is in God's plan for us. :) We would love for it to be but we of course will follow his path. :) So Kaden will have just turned 3 when we have another one, Keenan will be out from under I Teach Texas program and have a teaching certificate, not a probationary certificate.
I also have A LOT of friends that are pregnant and going to have a new additions to their family this year and that is super exciting!!! I have like 8 friends that are expecting and one that just had a baby at the end of the 2008 year!
I know 2009 has a lot to offer us and we are excited to see what God has prepared for us.

Holidays are upon us

I just love this time of year. Thanksgiving and Christmas times are my favorite because of the time spent with family and friends...and the break from work! I love still being in school and getting the same break I did while growing up. :) Keenan is really ready because this is his first year and he was always very jealous of me when I had a 3 day break for Thanksgiving and a 2 week break for Christmas. So now we will get to spend it together with Kaden. We are very excited.
Other than the holidays coming up, we are staying busy with basketball. It has started in every way for our household...Keenan coaching the 8th grade boys teams at Westover, all 3 of my cheerleading squads cheering at Tascosa basketball games, Keenan playing on a city league team AND soon my nephew Mason playing on a YMCA team coached by Keenan and Pops. Thankfully, we all like basketball pretty well. Kaden seems to be liking it too...
I will post pictures soon, my connection cable to my camera is at school so I have no new ones on my computer to share. But soon I will. :)

Fall is here...

HAPPY FALL!!!

My sister started a tradition with Mason when he was little to take him to a pumpkin patch and let him run around, find some pumpkins, take some pictures and just have fun. Since Kaden and Boston have been around, we have continued that. We went last weekend to a pumpkin patch and we had lots of fun!!! Kaden did throw some of the pumpkins too!

We also had a Halloween party with some of my friends and all our kids!!! Kaden was a lion, Boston an elephant and Mason was a blue Power Ranger. We had lots of fun there too.

I also wanted to share some pics at the WT football game and then a few others I just like. :) Hope everyone is having a wonderfull beginning to Fall!!! We are!!

Lately...

Well, lately, we have been so super busy! I know I say that every week, but we just cant slow down. I havent had the chance to just sit in front of the computer and catch up on my blogs, favorite TV shows I have missed, or just to browse. :) But I did want to share some pictures of Kaden lately...

He stayed with Gamma and Pops for a little bit the other night and they got to ride horses!!!

By what they said and as you see in the pictures, he loved it. When they had to put the horses up, he cried! And he never cries for Gamma and Pops!! (mostly because he usually gets whatever he wants). But he had so much fun with them that night. When I got there to get him, he came running to the door, smiled at me and turned right back around and went to his Pops. Sat in his lap and that was it...he didnt want to leave!

He finally did, screaming all the way to the car and half way home. It was wonderful! But all that crying made him even more tired than he already was and he fell right to sleep when we got home. :)

Kaden is trying to talk and repeat just about everything anyone says. Keenan will count to 10 and after each number, Kaden will attempt to repeat it. It is so cute! He is growing up so fast and has the cutest personality! He went through a little bit of a period where he was mad at the world and nothing made him happy (or with me that is) but it has gotten SO much better!

His cousins, Mason & Boston recently moved out to Boys Ranch and that is a good 45 minutes from our house so it has been a change and taken some time to get used to. Mason had received a basketball goal from Gamma and Pops but at their new house, there was no where to put it. So Mason informed his mom and dad "just take it to Uncle Keenan's house..." so there you go. We are the keepers of an outdoor basketball goal for awhile. I dont know about Kaden, but I know that made Keenan way excited! He shoots on it as much as possible. :) And Kaden just loves being outside with his dad and trying to shoot. Well tonight, Kaden was shooting and making some baskets!!

He could have done that for hours! He loved it! So thank you Mason for letting us borrow it for awhile! The guys at my house are putting it to good use!

So, Keenan and I recently got IPhones!!! They are so addicting it is crazy! The amount of stuff that one little thing can do amazes me; and I am a technology teacher! We are addicted, IPhone junkies!!! But we love it! It is just taking some time to getting use to the touch screen and all the different gadgets!

Football season is just about over...4 more games for me and just a few more for Keenan...but then basketball season starts! I will be super busy with the cheerleaders and Keenan will be coaching at Westover and then helping with Randall. :) So it doesnt look like we will slow down much in the coming months.

Fall is officially here and I love it! That means Thanksgiving is getting close and Christmas is even closer! I just love the holidays! Mostly because of the family that comes in and the time we all spend together...the break from school is always nice too!

Glad last few weeks are over...

Well the last few weeks have been SUPER busy!!! To begin with, Keenan had his first middle school football coaching debut! His 7th graders played Travis and Westover won 8-6. Keenan was by himself with 2 teams combine...so lots of kids! They did so good and Kaden and I were so proud of our coach!! Since then he has won more than he has lost...so that is good. He is staying busy, having 2 games a week, but he is loving it.

Then all week my cheerleaders were preparing for the BIG pep rally on Friday - (they played the bell street campus on Friday night-tough loss but it was a great pep rally!!!) Then we had our 3rd pep rally in a row...I was ready for a break. We are now preparing for our Homecoming Pep Rally on October 9th! Lots to do.

Kaden is talking and reading all of the time right now. He just loves to say any and everything he can. So of course we have to watch what we are saying around him for sure now!!!! :) He can now open any and every door in our house. He is just tall enough to stand on his tip toes and reach the handle and pull it down to open. At first I thought it was really cute and funny but now that he can get into everything is kind of annoying. I cant keep him out of any room or the pantry. :) (Which he always seems to go to and grab something he just thinks he has to have!) We were wanting to replace all of our door handles because they are brass and go to nickle but were just waiting until we saved up the money. We might have to do it sooner than expceted!! :)

Last week I had something going on every night of the week. I am glad it is this week because tonight until Thursday, nothing to do...YAY!!!! Friday I go to Midland for our first out of town football game to cheer at. Yes, it will be a very long night. But Keenan and Kaden get some bonding time. :)

My sister and Micah are trying to sell their house...they thought they had it sold and it fell through today. I am so upset for them and just wish it could all work out but I know it will eventually, in God's time. I just am sad and hate to see my sister so upset and stressed out.

Well, the coaches of Randall have their picture taken for the progam and then they have them and their families take pictures as well. I thought the family pics were going to be in the program (like Tascosa's) but I was wrong...just the coaches. But we did get a cute little family picture.

I am really liking my classes this year and my kids. Some are a handful and being Cheerleading sponsor brings me in to more drama than I ever imagined!! But I sure do love those girls and it is not AS bad as I was warned. It is difficult at times, but fun most others!

But anyways, I miss getting on here as much as I use to, but I guess that's what happens...life! :)

What a Fun weekend

We just got back from the Boys Ranch Rodeo and it was loads of fun!! We watched Mason ride the sheep in the Muttin' Bustin and that was the best part! We did get boots on Kaden and Boston, but I did not get any pictures of them with my camera. So when I get some of the I will post! They looked so dang cute! But it was a good weekend spending with my sister and her family that now reside out there! My mom and Randy and Randy's sister and husband, Tamra and Guy rented an RV and came out there too. That was fun to spend time with them. Getting together as a family is always good!

We got home and you could tell Kaden missed home. :) He just ran from one room to the other finding his favorite thing in each room and grabbing it and playing with it for just a second before he moved on to the next! He has not settled down since we got home. He then ate and that was interesting! Letting a little guy eat hamburger helper with a spoon when he is first learning how to feed himself with utensils is always a mess! But he did and ate it all! (Even though most of the juices were on the table and floor!!!)

But I did take some pictures of him playing for a little bit to share. (Apparently I dont post enough pictures--Heather) So enjoy!!

We are going to rest and relax tomorrow on our day off and then back to the routine of life! :) Have a wonderful labor day!

Well school starts tomorrow and we are off for an exciting and very busy year! Keenan is ready to start teaching at Westover Park (we have been up there all weekend making sure) and I am ready to start yet again another year at Tascosa. Kaden has been going to Mrs. Becky's for most of the summer so nothing new for him. Kaden will just be attending A LOT of sporting events with mom and dad!! Between cheerleading at Tascosa and all the games dad will be coaching, he has no choice! This week we have a football game Thursday night, Friday night and then we are heading to Boys Ranch to watch our nephew Mason be a part of the Muttin' Bustin' this weekend! He (and we) are so excited!!! There is a picture of him practicing on www.littleladds.blogspot.com He is pretty good! and ready to go Bustin'! :) Mason will also be starting school tomorrow! and I cant believe it is already time for him to do this!!! He is so big! But he will do so good and impress his teacher so much because he is so smart! I just know it! :)

Red Velvet Cake

We went out to Gamma & Pops house to have dinner and celebrate Heather & Micahs 6 year wedding anniversary. Gamma had gotten them a red velvet cake (which is there favorite) for dessert. Well we are working on Kaden eating more by himself with his hands and a fork or spoon. We decided to give him a plate of the cake and take him outside and have a good messy time (1st birthday cake time x2). Well boy, did he have fun!! He ate the entire piece (which was pretty big) and was a mess from literally head to toe! He had some in his nose, ears, between his toes, in his diaper, EVERYWHERE!!! It was fun! Also, Boston and Kaden were fixing to go to bed and we snapped a few cute pictures!! :) Enjoy the pictures

He is repeating EVERYTHING we say, well kind of. :) We say something and he tries to say it. Sometimes you can tell what he is trying to say, other times, it just sounds like a big mess. but still so cute!
Some recent things -- He is still getting into everything and so fun to play with; anytime he sees or smells food, he wants it; he gives kisses all of the time; he sleeps until 8:30 or 9 most days (which has been awesome this summer and is going to stink getting ready for school to start!); his new thing is pulling ALL of our DVD's off of the holder into the floor and laugh (And if you know me and Keenan, that is A LOT of DVD's. :)!!); I love how he says thank you most every time you give him something; how he does the sign language sign for more when he wants more (which is most of the time); has conquered shooting the basketball and making a shot on the next level up (his dad thought it was time to move it up-and he is doing so good!); LOVES for me and Keenan to read to him, he will just find a book, hand it to us and back into our lap to sit down and say again at least 2 times after we have finished the book; he thinks it is so funny to pull his shorts/shirts/pjs out of his drawer, throw them on the ground, and run away from me while he is laughing!...and that is just to name a few things going on with Kaden right now!
I love being a mother to this little guy!!! He brightens my day brighter than I ever imagined. motherhood is the best thing

Some of Keenan and I's good friends just found out they miscarried again. They also miscarried this past January. please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.

Summer is almost over...

Well I got back from Cheerleading camp on Friday afternoon, and I was so ready! It was a fun week and I loved spending time with my girls and getting to know them better, but it was a VERY straining week. Being a sponsor/coach of any team or group at a camp like that is hard! So, I am sorry to all the sponsors that took me to camp. :) I had to be the responsible adult and 29 girls were under my watch for 4 days! That was a lot!!! We only had to go to the ER once and when one of my girls was getting her lip stitched up, I almost fainted! So much for being the responsible one!!! It was crazy, but glad it is over! The girls came home with the "banana" which is the most spirited award for the entire camp! So yay, go Tascosa!!! :) and a lot of trophies and ribbons that are still in the back of my car! Needless to say, we had fun, glad we went, but glad to be home!

So I have this coming week to myself, no work, cheerleading, anything. My last official week of summer. Keenan starts his new job on Wednesday with technology training and new teacher stuff and he is working the RHS football camp too! So he will be busy all week! So much for us getting to spend a few days together before he starts his job! But he is excited and I am happy for him and I am looking forward to the adventure he is about to begin! (we are about to begin!!!) The following week is cheerleading, then I am back on the clock for school! I cant believe summer is almost over!

I am excited about the new school year coming up, meeting my new kids, experiencing all what cheerleading sponsor has to offer, watching Kaden grow and grow every moment and everything else the year has to offer. I am sad that it is already here, because that means my best friend will be moving 30+ minutes away, instead of being less than a minute away! It will be an interesting year to come but the distance will make us stronger. :) Kaden is sure going to miss his 2 cousins, aunt and uncle so much but that means we will just have to drive a little longer to see them now! I guess that is one reason God told us to trade our Tahoe in for a car! To save on gas traveling back and forth!! Don't get me wrong, we will still have the phone to talk about being a coaches wife and all the fun things that has to offer. It was just going to be a lot easier with our husbands coaching together and living 1 minute away from each other! But I know this is for the best and it is not for forever!

Kaden is getting so big and so funny!! He has been known the past week to walk himself in circles until he makes himself dizzy enough to fall. When he falls, he just laughs, sits there for a minute to catch himself and then gets up and does it again! It is pretty entertaining. If I can catch it on video soon, I will post it for all to see! He has been doing this high pitch squealing noise lately that is rather annoying! He sounds like a little girl (which doesn't faze him at all right now because he doesn't care if it makes him sound like a little girl or not, as long as he gets his way!) When I left last Tuesday to go to camp, it was very hard, because Kaden was crying really hard in his daddy's hands as I drove off. I heard him on the phone talking to me over the week and that was good for me! It helped, some. :) But when I got back home Friday, he was taking a nap. He woke up shortly after I got there and you could tell he was surprised to see me but VERY happy!!! Now, he cant leave my side. Even this morning at church when we dropped him off, he started to fuss at first. He never does that!! But he was fine after a little fuss! They said he had lots of fun the rest of the morning! But he is starting to try to run, which his feet get tangled up under him and he usually falls, but it is so cute and amazing how he reacts to each new thing in his life!

We saw Gamma, Pops, Uncle Micah, Aunt Heather, Cousins Mason and Boston tonight for the first time in a few days! They all were out of town for a long time! Kaden and Boston's reactions to the first time they saw each other today was priceless. They both ran to each other with there arms open and big smiles on there face. They ended up going right past each other, stopped, turned around and looked at each other and started laughing! It was too cute! They sure missed each other! I am glad all my family made it back in to town today safe from their vacations!!! We missed them SO VERY much!

Busy

Well, my cousins just left today and we got to hang out with them for a few days. The first time Kaden met Brendan and Brayden, he was only a few months old so he doesnt remember that, and the first time he saw them when they got here, he became his bashful self again. But everytime we saw them after that, his face would light up when they came in. Those 2 boys are so good with little guys like my Kaden. He had so much fun with them and played and laughed all the time!! My cousins being 14 and 10, they were just the right age to entertain. (And it helped so much when Keenan and I were getting ready this morning and they were playing with Kaden in his room --usually he is right there every step we take, wanting to play or be held!) My cousins and aunt and uncle lived in Keller Texas but just moved to Phoenix!! So it will be a little farther to see them now (more like a plane ride instead of a car ride) but I hope Kaden gets many more memories with them like he did the past few days!

Next week, I leave on Tuesday to go down to Lubbock for UCA cheerleading camp!! I take my 29 cheerleaders down there for 4 days of fun cheerleading all day long!! I am thinking it will be a long week. And, I havent left Kaden and Keenan by themselves since February when I went to Austin for a conference for school! So it will be hard but interesting! (I cant say relaxing because I dont think there will be much of that!) But since I have never gone to a cheerleading camp, I am kind of nervous! Now I know that I am the sponsor and I dont have to perform or do much cheer stuff (thank GOD!!!) but it is still nerve racking for me! Please pray!!! :)

Also, Keenan is finished at Weyerhaeuser (YAY!!!) and has a week and a half off before he starts his coaching gig! It will be an interesting and a tight month and a half for us but we will be okay...just got to trust in Him! Keenan is a different guy than he has been the last few months because he is finished out there. I am so happy for him and hope he just loves teaching and coaching!! I know he will do great.

My sister, Heather, and her family went out of town for 9 days! They left on Thursday. I already miss them like crazy and it has only been 2 days! But they are in Dallas now and will be going to San Antonio to Sea World next week! I know Mason and Boston will LOVE it! I wish we were with them!

I wanted to post some recent pictures of my sweet baby boy. He has grown up so fast and has the cutest personality! He is so much fun to play with and all the things he says and does makes us laugh continuously! From the "Uh-Oh" to his sweet innocent laugh he does when he knows he just did something he wasnt supposed to, he keeps us entertained all day long! The few pictures are of Kaden riding the 4-wheeler with Gamma (which he loves so much!), Kaden eating...:), Kaden at his dad's first basketball game this year (look at those eyes!!!) and then Kaden getting in and out of a shoebox. Yes, he is a little big for it, but he made it work. and it was so much fun when I pushed him around in it. :)

Please continue to pray for Richard and Jennifer Thomas and their family. They lost their sweet 3 month old little girl, Lilly, this past week. They need all the prayers then can get. Please ask God to wrap His hands around them and hold them tight.

10 months!!

I cant believe my baby boy is already 10 months old! That means it is getting closer and closer to his 1st birthday! He has been such a blessing in me and Keenan's life. We are so lucky. He puts smiles on our faces all day long. He is so much fun to play with and as his dad says, he is "pretty cool!" We are truly blessed!

Well Kaden is off and crawling, for sure now! He started the army crawl and now is on his way to really crawling. He seems to go back and forth. But he is getting everywhere!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was fun. We got Kaden a shirt made that said "Turkey" on it because is just like a big butterball turkey!! His cousin Boston got one that said "Pumpkin" on it too. They looked so adorable in them.
